To apply for this role you must have previous experience in a similar position within a 4*/5* environment, and have impeccable organisation and administration skills. It is essential that you are immaculately presented at all times, and posess a friendly, outgoing and approachable personality.
On a daily basis you will be welcoming guests to the hotel and paying special attention to VIP clients. You will be a key figure in the front office communicating with all departments to ensure maximum hotel occupancy and first class service for all visitors. Overseeing the reception team you will posses excellent people management skills and ensure the smooth running of your shift.
