We require a bright enthusiastic and hands on Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our new state of the art health club in conjunction with our 4 star hotel and Championship Golf facilities
Our superb facilities include a 20 metre swimming pool, steam room, spa, saunas, solarium, 3 tier air conditioned Technogym, aerobic studio, sun terrace, crèche and free parking. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a team that is proving itself in taking the venue to a new level.
The role will be a mixture of early shifts and late shifts, 5/7 days. You will be responsible for all departments except for sales as we have an on-site sales manager therefore experience in a multi-outlet operation is essential.
The right candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and looking for a challenging role in a complex that it becoming renowned in the Hertfordshire region. You will need to lead by example and have a proven track record in team development therefore key man-management skills must be in abundance
