The deal
We are a medium sized independent band and dj management company based in the north of Scotland, we have bands and djs in Scotland, England, Canada, Israel, Russia and the US.
Bands we have on board include funky jazz, hard rock, rock pop, dance and Blues.
Bands regularly gig in their local areas and tour worldwide also.
We are looking for around 8 dynamic individuals worldwide to negotiate with and arrange gigs for managed bands in local music local venues.
This will present a good opportunity for those looking to break into the industry.
We are not necessarily looking for qualified people, but those applying must have a keen interest in current music and not be shy.
This is a worldwide opportunity, most needed at the moment are managers for the countries mentioned above in which we have bands based.
Rewards
Staff will be passed 50% of all proceeds which come from payment from the music venue in which the band will have played in.
Staff will have a profile page on the company website and a company email address which will point at their current personal email account.
Those who show good incentive and results will progress quickly.
We are available for support 24 hours a day- time zone friendly.
Example
Manager based in Denmark. The manager based in Denmark has an average of 6 gigs set up weekly. From each of those gigs, the manager receives £35 GBP, this brings in £210 GBP. On average managers would be expected to set up around 10 gigs per week, bringing in £350. Take into account that around half of all venues will "re-order" bands in automatically, which you will be paid the regular commission for.
The catch
For the first 3 months (The trial period), staff are paid commission only, expenses are paid monthly on submission, that's it, no more catches.
After 3 months of satisfactory management, staff are set up on a competitive salary.
