Sales Manager
Prestige Hotel
Basic £25k OTE£30k
Our client is currently has an excellent opportunity for a Sales/Revenue Manager in one of their luxury hotels in a beautiful location near Winchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales management expertise within hotel operations who is proactive, a lateral thinker and has gained previous experience of developing and expanding business.
As Sales Manager your responsibilities will be to ensure that all sales functions are maximised to improve yields and profitability. Leading and motivating the sales team is also important in order to ensure they are converting and up-selling all potential leads. You should also be able to analyse potential business by exploiting the trends of their sister hotels and provide a reactive sales service for room, conference and banqueting/wedding enquiries.
Other duties include accurate forecasting of future business, operating the diary management and property management systems and generally have a firm proactive approach to the development of new business.
