Skills

- Must have strong fundamental drawing Skills
- Must be Skilled Artist capable of producing game quality work to the standard of other Senior Artists in team and to the specification of Lead Artist
- Must have excellent understanding of the processes of concepts, design, modelling and texturing in games for multiple platforms
- Must be excellent problem solver with a very good understanding of game processes and art techniques
- Should be good communicator both internally with entire team and externally with Publishers etc.
- Must be able to work to the style, techniques, continuity and quality of artwork as set by the Lead Artist
- Must be highly organised and be capable of producing quality, technically efficient work within tight schedules
- Must be proactive in assisting the Lead Artist in the design and implementation of art style, processes and techniques
- Most be pro-active in the solving of art-related problems for the game
- Should be capable and prepared to help out more junior Animators on team
- Must be highly motivated
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Must have an active interest in video games
