Operations Manager required by a leading privately owned public transport company in Norfolk. The company operates on a 24/7 basis across the region, nationally and overseas. The company has a fleet of over 40 coaches and a turnover in excess of £3m a year. The current fleet of coaches has a broad range of vehicle types. Volvo is the most predominant chassis, the others being Bedford, Leyland, Ford, Mercedes and DAF. Full executive coaches to DIPTAC buses add up to a comprehensive and flexible bus/coach operation.
The Operations Manager is expected to manage all aspects of the busy operation and will have exceptional man-management capabilities. It is absolutely essential that candidates have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in the coach industry.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of around £25,000 per annum along with a company car, private healthcare, pension and family travel.
