Skills

Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification (or at least 5 years experience in related field). At least 2 years experience in cultural, leisure or education setting. Ability to develop, implement and manage education and outreach activities and programmes of work. Ability to understand and articulate the role that culture and leisure can play in tackling anti-social behaviour etc. Ability to think and work strategically. Good written skills.Excellent verbal communicator.Good numeric skills. Understanding of benefits of partnership working. IT literate. Ability to work on own iniative and develop external contacts. Available for evening and weekend working. Ability to travel within district.
