Top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Berkshire seeks a Receptionist with hotel or training and conference experience to join their busy front of house team, reporting to the Reception Manager. Should have good face to face skills, excellent communication skills and be polite and guest focused. You will be working across a reception desk, checking in/out, entering booking details on the system, answering guest queries and being the main point of information in this varied role.
