We require a solicitor for our specialist commercial property department servicing the property development and investment portfolios of clients with property interests throughout the country. The position entails:- •Working as an integrated part of a 5 person team in a modern bespoke open plan environment. •Dealing with all legal non-contentious requirements of property developer and investor clients, including joint venture agreements, formation of companies and related aspects. •The sale, purchase and leasing of all types of commercial properties, large and small projects including all ancillary documents such as Section 106 and Section 38 Agreements. All funding aspects of the above, including advising on facility letters and all dealings with banks and their solicitors in complying with the requirements of such facilities and approval of all security documentation including corporate. •All types of construction documentation related to commercial property development – preparation of JCT contracts and related documentation, collateral warranties and performance bonds. •Some related residential conveyancing.
