Our legal secretarial section have a number of new legal vacancies to work within the Kent area. Ideally you will have experience of working within either a legal department or within a solicitors practice. However, if you have a solid pa/secretarial background and would like to break into the Legal industry my clients may be flexible for the right candidates. The urgent roles we are working require the following skills :- Solid WP skills, including Word with fast & accurate speeds Some Excel Audio Professional telephone manner when speaking to clients Excellent paper management skills are required to ensure files are kept in order, efficiency and organised are the key words within these roles. You are expected to be able to self managed your work flow and use your initiative within these busy practices.
