New Media design and marketing agency bases in Oxfordshire is looking for a new head of their media department. You will oversee all aspects of development, have detailed knowledge of full porject life cycle, thorough understaning of new media in a marketing context, full grasp of current and future technologies. ie IIS, SQL Server 2000, ASP, DHTML, JavaScript, Flash + Director. Experience with PHP, Apache, MySQL SMS, Digital TV, 3G etc would be an advantage. Assess business needs, recuit, develop, motivate staff, strong leadership, manage costs, set buggets etc..
