Our client, an expanding motor insurance broker in Edgbaston, Birmingham are currently looking for experienced Insurance Customer Advisors. Customer satisfaction is critical to our business and the knowledge and skills of our employees is an important asset. The position involves assisting clients with their motor insurance. You must be an effective communicator, and able to prioritise your own workload. A key team player is essential, with a strong can do attitude. Working with our customer services team, you will have a professional telephone manner, enthusiasm for the role and accurate keyboard skills. Duties and responsibilities: • Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role: o New businesso Renewals o Mid Term Adjustments o Claimso Queries • Ensure all business activity fully complies with FSA regulation and company procedures. • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times. • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and ensure expert advice in all areas of business. • Prioritise all client communication and ensure it is actioned in a timely way and in accordance with company procedures.
