Claims Third Party Negotiators - Claims Advisor, Insurance Claims Advisor, Insurance Claims

£11,700 - £14,500 + Company Pension

Listen to your customers, communicate the benefits of your products and be efficient in the way you deliver your service. They are looking to recruit Claims Third Party Negotiators.
The role:
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective claims service in a target driven environment. To achieve the most cost effective settlement of claims, minimising claims leakage. You will also need to work in compliance with policy terms, conditions and company strategy.
Skills & Knowledge
* Sound knowledge of the claims process is preferred
* Knowledge of claims reserving and assessment methods.
* Knowledge of legal process and negotiating abilities.

This role is likely to appeal to you if you prefer working as part of a larger team - with shared responsibilities and group targets. You will learn their procedures and use these to deal with the company customer appropriately.
The company provide on going training with continuous support and encouragement. There is a professional ethos of continuous improvement and your salary will reflect your progression within the department. If you have claims experience or are currently in a claims role they will offer you a rewards package which reflects your current value in the market. The selection process consists of a single competency based interview and three short ability tests. You will also receive a competitive salary. There are additional bonus schemes in operation paid on a quarterly and annual basis and a range of benefits you would expect from a major financial services company. These include:
* 35 hour week - based around core hours of Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm.
* 23 days holiday entitlement - rising to 25 days after two years service.
* Flexitime arrangements - allowing 12 extra days after accumulating extra hours.
* Overtime paid.
* Defined-contribution pension scheme, an age-related contribution made by the company and the employee.
* Support towards achieving a nationally recognised Financial Service's Qualification.
