E–Consultant - Online Insurance Trading Consultant / Online Insurance Broker Trading Consultant / Insurance Sales Consultant (ACII)

They are looking to recruit an E – Consultant.
The role:
As E-Consultant you will locally promote the use of the company's e-technology amongst brokers and employees with specific reference to ABR, I-Market, E-settlement and Prospect Manager.
Key accountabilities:
* Promoting awareness and increasing knowledge amongst brokers of tools and techniques available within the company concerning E-trading with the aim of increasing broker e-trading.
* Conduct face to face meetings with brokers in order to sell the benefits of e-trading and influence brokers to increase usage.
* Preparing & delivering joint company-broker e-trading plans in conjunction with area management team for sign off by Area Manager and Broker.
* Design & delivery of basic local e-training programmes for brokers and employees to Ensure the company staff and Brokers are fully trained and competent to deliver above e-trading plans.
* Design & manage local e-campaigns with focus on communication of the campaign, setting of targets and monitoring of progress.
* Ensuring area employees are aware of, and equipped to fulfil, their responsibilities towards E-trading i.e. increasing knowledge of what systems are available, how to access them, where to get help and guidance and what plans are in place for e-technology.
* Building good working relationships with external brokers and internal Account Managers in order to increase awareness and knowledge of the company's e-technology.
Skills, knowledge and behavior:
Education:
* English / Maths GCSE / O'Level (or equivalent)
* Progress towards ACII
Knowledge / skill:
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to resolve problems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good problem solving skills
* E – technology
* Knowledge of market
* Effective time management
* Product knowledge
* Full UK Driving License
Experience:
* Relationship management experience in a similar environment
* Broad experience of general Insurance
