Sales Consultant / Insurance Broker Relations Technician, To £15K + 5% Bonus + Bens, Midlands.
Have you got Insurance experience and sales and customer service skills, gained in either an Insurance Company or Broker environment? Successful financial software house is seeking a Sales Consultant - Broker Relations Technician.
You will need a good knowledge of the basic principles and practice of general insurance, personal and commercial Lines and a knowledge of the insurance intermediary market and how this relates to our client’s operations.
Your duties will include making outbound calls to brokers to promote and close, where appropriate, sales of products and services. You will also be the focus for inbound requests for information. You will provide support to brokers and develop business relationships with them and provide feedback to relevant personnel, maintaining close communication links with other departments. In addition, you will work closely with the sales resources and perform market research.
