Are you working in the Insurance industry and looking to move into I.T. Support?
We are representing the IT Department for a leading Insurance company that are currently looking to recruit a Support Analyst to work within the Commercial Lines part of the IT Helpdesk team. Ideal candidates will be very familiar with the general processes involved relating to insurance industry. This may mean that suitable candidates will come from the administration side of the Insurance business. Responsibilities include: Provide support to users of bespoke insurance applications, Assisting with user training, contributing to the knowledge database, resolving issues reported by users, logging calls into the tracking system. Candidates must have recent Insurance industry experience, ideally in Commercial Lines and have experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ideal applicants must have excellent time management skills, Administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and achieve them. PLEASE NOTE – this is a non-technical role, candidates from a Technical Support environment will not be considered. Candidates should come from a Helpdesk / Call Centre environment based on insurance based applications. Additional training will be provided.
