Our client, a major insurance broker, is currently looking for an experienced SUPPORT ANALYST to join their team at their prestigious offices based in the heart of the City of London. Your role will be to provide in-house application support, training whilst ensuring the requirements of external legislation and regulations (eg: FSA, GISC, Lloyds legislation, Money Laundering/Proceeds of Crime, Data Protection, Health & Safety, company best practice and other general business compliance procedures (ie ISO9001:2000) are adhered to at all times. With this you will be responding to support calls from users of the in-house bespoke software, logging faults with the relevant agencies, testing updated software fixes along with identifying potential enhancements. For this role you will have up to 2 years experience of implementing and/or supporting insurance broking applications along with 2 years experience of working for a London Market Insurance broker preferably in an IT or business support role. Knowledge of TWINS would be desirable but not essential. You will also have a good understanding of London Market insurance processes along with a good understanding of the characteristics of London Market Insurance broking software.
