Commercial Motor Fleet Underwriter

Listen to your customers, communicate the benefits of your products and be efficient in the way you deliver your service. They are looking to recruit a Commercial Motor Fleet Underwriter.
The role:
As Commercial Motor Fleet Underwriter you will underwrite fleet and other commercial motor risks from a designated panel of intermediaries within agreed authority levels to achieve profitable growth in line with Company and branch objectives.
Key accountabilities
* U/W new and existing business profitability
* Supply U/W support to Account Managers
* Maintain and develop business relationships with intermediaries
* Timely and accurate documentation
* Actively encourage generation of profitable new business
* Respond to customers

* Progress towards ACII

* PC/systems/keyboard skills

Experience
* Broad experience of commercial motor underwriting
* At trainee level needs ‘A' Level experience (or equivalent)
