As a Technical Account Manager, you will be part of a small technical support team responsible for the set up and technical support of our client's large base of advertisers. This includes setting up newly signed advertisers in our clients internal admin system, sending ID codes and instruction manuals to advertisers and then supporting the advertiser throughout the implementation by email and telephone. You will give input to the local client website, the implementation of product feeds and error management.
Profile
• IT Degree or equivalent advantages
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Very good attention to detail
• Service minded and good customer orientation
• Good English skills
Responsibilities
The Technical Account Manager must have a thorough knowledge of our client's internal system and tracking functionality. It is the Technical Account Manager's responsibility that all our advertisers have the best possible implementation. The Technical Support team is also responsible for correcting any advertiser tracking problems.
Advertiser implementation
• Setting up newly signed advertisers in our client's internal admin system
• Sending out ID codes and implementation instructions to advertisers
• Supporting advertiser though out the implementation by email and telephone
• Advising advertisers on the of the best possible implementation both from our client and the advertisers perspective
• Re-implement and update active advertiser's implementations to make sure that they have the best possible implementation
• Ongoing re-active technical advertiser support
• Upload, implement and testing of Flash and HTML banners
Product feeds
• Implement product feeds
• Quality assure their product feeds and make sure that all of them are working as expected
Our clients website
• Input to our client's local website with news and information about their advertisers
• Quality assure the advertisers marketing material to ensure their standards are upheld.
Support and training of local our client office
• Technical training of local organization on new products and concepts
• Assist with Internal technical support of local organization
