Our client is looking to build a team of professional consultants who will market a new range of 'in demand' products. The Company is part of the largest insurer in the World with assets of over $450bn. They operate in 130 countries and has been conducting business in the UK for over 70 years.
As a successful and highly trained consultant, you will be selling a range of non-regulated insurance products, projecting an image of professionalism to a rapidly growing number of clients, most of which will form part of your own personal portfolio. Full training and ongoing support is provided from an organisation with a wealth of experience in the industry and one would expect from one of the largest companies in the World.
You will be self-motivated, working within a small, high-performance team where dedication and commitment to excellence is rewarded, not only in financial terms, but also with a management career path for those individuals that aspire to lead.
The products on offer are unique in that if no claim is made throughout the term of the insurance, then the full cost of all the premiums are returned to the client, making the proposition an attractive one. The existing sales force is averaging three sales per week, which currently equates to an income of approximately £30K per annum. Five sales per week would equate to an achievable income of circa £60K per annum. All the positions on offer are employed, carrying a minimum guaranteed income of between £9,000 and £12,600. There is no upper earnings limit
The Company is also keen to speak to individuals with leadership experience that are interested in accelerated management opportunities, with an OTE of £40K in the first year.
There is no doubt that hard work is required, however, the rewards are substantial.
