An IT Services Analyst is required to join an award-winning company based between Leeds and York, with a UK-wide client base. This varied and interesting role provides great long-term opportunities for the successful candidate.
Our clients need a competent and enthusiastic Graduate IT Services Analyst to work closely with the IT Services Manager to provide day-to-day support of the company's IT systems and infrastructure, and to provide technical assistance in the area of Windows 2003 and Windows Server Systems. You will be actively involved in the company's Service Improvement Programmes specially re-engineering parts of the current IT Infrastructure.
Ideally you should have knowledge of Windows 2003 Servers and Windows Server Systems (such as ISA and Systems Management Server). As the work will involve supporting current customer sites, knowledge of Linux, Apache, PHP and mySql would be a bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to work with an experienced IT Services Manager. Training will be provided in-house to support the product set made by the company. Other training will be available in the area of Windows Server Systems and Administration.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum 2:2 degree in a computer related subject. In return, depending on your experience, we offer a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 plus bonus and benefits.
