Job Description:
· Provide knowledge input in Oracle CRM modules (primarily leasing) to support project implementations or sales opportunities.
· Act as Stream lead or solution architect on implementations
· Perform the set up Oracle CRM application modules.
· Provide knowledge transfer to appropriate team members
Person Profile :
· Provide knowledge input in Oracle CRM models (see below) to support project implementations or sales opportunities.
· Lead the development of interface/data conversion requirements for Oracle CRM modules.
· Provide input into Oracle report development associated with Oracle CRM modules.
· Provide knowledge transfer to appropriate team members
· Significant experience in the development/design of a large scale (package-based) solutions. Must have been a stream leader / solution architect in at least two end-to-end Oracle CRM projects.
· Strong knowledge of the following CRM modules / technologies:
o Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
o Oracle Foundation
o Oracle Scripting
o Universal Work Queue
o Oracle Teleservice
o Oracle iSupport
o Oracle Leasing
o Oracle Sales
o Oracle Marketing
o Oracle Workflow
o Oracle Portal
