IT management experience is essential for this position.
A senior management role, the Client Services Managr will be responsible for leading and coaching the service delivery team ensuring the consistency and quality of our services and IP. A strong team player, you will be well presented and articulate. You’ll be solutions focused, committed, with strong initiative to build on new concepts and ideas. IT management experience is essential.
An ITIL Managers Certificate is highly regarded, although training to the highest level of ITSM accreditation will be provided to the right person.
