We are looking for an experienced Artist to work with a major UK games developer.
This title requires a high degree of realism and polish, so attention to detail is important as is a good level of technical understanding.
This role will involve the day-to-day management of an Art team of 6, liaising with the client, scheduling the art team, preparing high quality PR artwork, critiquing art and maintaining a high standard and motivating team members. The successful will also need to liaise with art outsourcers to ensure that they deliver to the required standard.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- minimum 4 years industry experience
- minimum 1 year as Lead Artist
- console and handheld experience advantageous
- photoshop and Max, Maya, Softimage or Lightwave a must
