JOB TITLE: Customer Support Analyst
SALARY: to 18k basic

THE COMPANY
Our client are an American software house producing a number of CRM related applications. With a strong presence in the UK, they are continually expanding and require an additional technical support analyst.

THE ROLE
Primary responsibility is providing support via telephone, email and occasional site visits. The vast majority of calls will be from the technical/IT departments at clients, rather than actual end users.
