This role is to lead the development of the sales channel for my clients’ products in Europe and North America; You will identify new opportunities and contribute to the definition of new products to meet these opportunities; Build the sales team; Build and manage the necessary sales infrastructure and work closely with Engineering and Marketing. The person profile for this role will meet the following profile. Essential qualities: Experience in the software licensing and royalty sales field, Demonstrable track record of sales success in the technology sector (ideally selling a combination of software and hardware as a solution); Demonstrable track record of building long term relationships with, and managing key customers accounts; Must be highly motivated to achieve targets, with a desire to win; Must have excellent communications skills; Must be able to interact effectively with customers at a technical level; Be prepared to travel extensively both in UK and abroad; Desirable qualit
