Based in Madrid, you have extensive experience of supporting either Lotus Notes or Microsoft Exchange at both user and administration level. Equally you should have a high level knowledge of operating systems (Windows NT, 2000). Only fluent Italian speakers (to mother tongue level) with excellent English should apply. Spanish not essential. You will be responsible for giving technical product support to clients via phone and e-mail. Troubleshooting issues according to technical specifications. Highly proficient in a variety of operating systems and have interacted with clients in a previous job.
