Our client,is looking for a Support Analyst with at least 2 years exp,in IT support.you must be highly effective in regard to customer service, excellent communication skills,confident demeanour,flexibility, to meet the need of the business,competent in multitasking and prioritisation.
EXP in application issues, network failures and pc/printer
/laptop failure.Network,routers/switches/hubs and cabling issues.
