Our client, a successful IT support company in Central London, requires a PC Support Engineer. The role entails detailed management of an allocated group of accounts on a day to day basis providing onsite support. Candidates must have 3 years experience and knowledge in the following areas - Windows XP Pro and Server, Windows 2000 Pro and Server, Office 2000, XP and 2003, Exchange Server 2000 and 2003, Symantec, McAfee, general hardware experience including printers, scanners etc. Experience of MAC and PDAs such as Blackberry and Palm useful.
