Our client, a successful IT Service company based in central London, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team. Qualified with at least an MCP, the ideal candidate will provide remote desktop support to their clients, escalating where necessary to the field engineers. Must be a good communicator with experience of Windows operating systems XP Home and Pro, MS Office. Some networking and server knowledge would be useful.
