.Net Development Team Leader (C#) -- Kent
Will be managing 4 Web Developers (.Net, PHP, ASP, MYSQL)and 1 x Web Designer (Flash, HTML).
You will need to have proven experience within the Web/New Media arena.
· 5 years commercial experience across all sizes of business and requirement needs, from SME's through to large corporate environments - 1 to 500 page sites.
· 3 years Senior/ Team Leader experience
· Exceptional presentation skills
· Good team leader skills, ability to motivate
