Regional Sales Account Director (Market Manager) required by the market leader in complex telephony IT/Comms solutions in the local Government sector. We are looking for a Regional Sales Account Director for the Yorkshire and Humberside region. This individual must live on this territory.
You must have at least 5 years Sales/Account Management experience in the IT/Comms industry with a demonstrable track record of delivery against targets. You must be well versed in high level solution selling to major blue chips or more importantly to local government authorities. We are looking for "Deal Makers" with experience of winning and account directing revenue streams of £1million plus in complex ICT/Comms solutions. A good understanding of the Local Govt market and it's drivers will add value together with an appreciation of the eGovt agenda. You will have direct reports (Bus Dev Mgrs and a team of new Business Sales) so good management skils, account management and matrix management skills essential. You might be currently working for companies such as, Cap Gemini, IBM, Fujitsu, Accenture etc
