We are currently looking for a Telephone Support Engineer to join my clients busy IT Operations department.The successful candidate must have proven experience within a similar role together with a good working knowledge of Avaya Definity 8700/Index System administration and set up, including IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Systems and Voice Recording Systems, plus CMS reporting.
The installation and configuration of telecoms equipment, establishing and maintaining procedures and documentation for telephone/voice equipment, will also be part of the role.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need a full driving licence, be flexible to work across all locations and on shifts.
