Global consultancy urgently requires the services of a German speaking helpdesk analyst for an immediate start. The role would be an ideal job for a recent graduate in German langauge studies or someone who can speak fluent german and who has 6 months + experience within a customer environment. The position will involve hands on training and mentoring and the client is looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks and who can learn from sone of the best in the industry. It would be hugely advantageous if you were to have an understanding of the helpdesk sector of the support industry or prior development experience.
