Global consultancy urgently requires the services of a German speaking helpdesk analyst for an immediate start. The role would be an ideal job for a recent helpdesk analyst with 2yrs+ exp. who had a strong background in both support and a german speaking environment. We are ideally looking for someone with Unix, Windows, Java skills etc who wishes to work for a prestigous company dealing with worldwide cliemts. The position will involve hands on training and mentoring and the client is looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks and who can learn from sone of the best in the industry. It would be hugely advantageous if you were to have an understanding of the Development sector of the support industry or prior development experience.
