Our Client is currently seeking a Deputy Customer Service Manager to provide leadership through coaching of the customer service team to enable them to carry out all activities efficiently. You will create sales by building strong customer relationships and by implementing value added service and fulfilling logistics. You will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour and requirements. You will contribute to an efficient supply chain management and ensure correct order processing and administration. Ensure high quality of data in system related tables (SAP prices and customers etc. Define and maintain a clear customer communication strategy, which takes account of customer classification. You will need at least 2 years management experience within a customer service/logistics environment. Educated to degree level. Pro-active and results driven attitude. Dynamic individual with the ability to motivate staff on an operational level. 25 Days Holidays + 15% Bonus.
