A international mobile Operator requires a Technical Pre Sales Consultant to partner with Business Sales whilst agreeing customer technical solutions and ensuring delivery to the customers success criteria. Your responsibilities will be to provide a broad range of both technical and business commercial expertise. You will be involved in the detailed requirements gathering, and design and implementation of integrated solutions. This role will involve partnering with the Sales Force during the bid and sales capture process to ensure the solution is a competitive proposition. The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 5-7 years experience in delivering business solutions in the telecommunications environment. Knowledge/expertise is required in Microsoft MCSE - Certified Citrix Engineer. Experience in the preparation of RFQs and a thorough knowledge of the mobile solution environment including an understanding of emerging technologies (GPRS, 3G) is essential. The role can be home based with travel to client site.
