Product Trainer, (IT, Wireless), London, ASAP, Up to £35K Our client is currently looking for a Product Trainer to develop product courses for our client. the candiates will be responsible to roll out courses for both internal and external courses. You will become a product trainer (course development and delivery) to work closely with onsite and remote training team members in the Product Division of the company. Your responsibilities as a Product trainer will be the following: - Good knowledge of wireless telephony networks (2G-GSM, 2.5G-GPRS and/or 3G-UMTS) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage. - Willingness and able to travel internationally to provide customer courses in different world regions (represents 50% of time) - Should have 3-5 yrs experience in a software training or customer support role with a proven record of training experience. - Ability to present technical information to different audiences with varying technical ability. - Experience creating instructional plans/course maps.
