Our Client is currently seeking a Senior Engineer who will be responsible for developing and managing technical relationships with key ISV and Reseller partners. You will train partners on how to use our clients Product API to integrate their application. A project plan approach is used to report integration progress and identify phases that can be accelerated. You will document the technical solution in the form of a whitepaper and continues to be the primary technical partner support contact for the Field. You will need 10+ industry experience with 3+ software development experience in C/C++ and/or Java. Experience with TCP/IP networking, UNIX/Linux and Windows NT/2000. You will be responsible for Technical account management of key ISV and Reseller partners, Product and API Training, Integration Planning and Reporting,
Coordination of best practices and API coding design with Partner Engineering, Software updates and support coordination, Bug feedback and reporting, Beta testing of new releases, Technical product presentations, performance, roadmap/release dates, Coordination with other partner activities, support for new products and emerging markets. This role will involve extensive travel in Europe and the role can be based in Germany, France, Belgium or the UK as long as you live near an airport.
