Major UK EPOS solutions company urgently require the services of an EPOS hardware field service engineer for an immediate start. Based in South London, the work will require you to travel to multiple client sites resolving any EPOS hardware issues whilst at the same time, mhaving the technical skills and capabilities to deploy new EPOS technologies in store. The ideal candidate will have had 12 months + experience within EPOS and be able to configure, deploy, maintain and update various tills, back-offices, scales, bakeries etc. The ideal candidate will also have a background in PC hardware as-well as being customer focused. The position will also involve dealing with SLAs and ensuring that standards are both kept and improved for all clients held.
