This well regarded London-based games development studio is currently working on a fresh game concept for their new title, to be released on GameCube. They now require an experienced C/C++ games programmer with 3D graphics exposure to join the team and take ownership of GameCube specific technical features and functionality. You will need to have worked in a game 3D technology role previously with 2 years or more C/C++ experience pref with nextgen game consoles (eg. PS2 etc) - the gamecube API is very similar to OpenGL, so a bright experienced graphics coder should have no problem cross-training and taking ownership within this structured OOD environment. This is a fresh group whose aim is to squeeze the most out of the GameCube hardware and is an excellent challenge for talented technical individuals with GameCube exposure or the ability to learn it. Excellent salary and great backing make for an excellent contract opportunity.
