Our client a Global Technology Organisation is currently seeking a Technical manager to manage a group of diverse technical hardware, software and networking specialists. You will Recruit, hire, and review the performance of all Personnel within the assigned District. Monitor job performance; provide coaching and motivation, conduct salary and performance reviews. You will ensure all staff recieve sufficient training and development. You will manage and coordinate all post-sales Software Support activities. Actively assist Area Managers in problem resolution, root-cause analysis and follow-up investigations. Assure completion of all required documentation and associated reporting requirements. Visit customers as necessary to help resolve customer relations issues. You will also manage and coordinate all activities of assigned group of(RxS) engaged in installation, repair, and modification of both hardware and software products. Min 6 years in an Operational / Leadership Role.
