Major UK IT solutions company urgently requires the services of a hardware field service engineer to start asap. The position has been created due to a shortfall in staff and as-such, the client is looking for a contractor to come on board with them to help improve SLAs, KPIs and client perception. Working predominantly on various PC hardware, the ideal candidate will have a good background in both hardware and software and be used to dealing with all manner of clients. The position requires you to have your own tools and car however mileage will be paid. The successful candidate will therefore have a good knowledge of both hardware and software, will be used to dealing with clients on a multiple basis, will be used to working to time constraints and will be available immediately for start.
