Candidates are sought to join a Network Integrator who provide support to customers via their Customer Support Centre 24/365. Candidates are required for a 6 month fixed term period and will work on a shift rota.The company are provide solutions to a range of customers on IP and ATM based solutions with Cisco, Juniper, Marconi and Extreme products. The Customer Support Centre provide support for maintenance contracts and answer all customer queries out of office hours.
Candidate will need MS Office and NT skills in and a knowledge of remote monitoring tools would be an advantage as would experience of working in a similar role previously
