Skills

Contract Electronics Engineer to undertake PDS tasks on land based products. Role includes product obsolescence and defect investigations and analyses; provide customer / user liaison on PDS issues relating to Land based products; provide technical assistance to LCS programme management; provide support to bid preparation for future Land PDS work; identify and propose land product improvements and enhancements. Applicant MUST have 2 years Assembly (General); some level of security clearance; a broad knowledge of electronic, assembly, test, maintenance and operational skills; a knowledge of army products and systems, particularly sensor-related; repair and support experience of such in service equipment; HND or Degree qualified. An army service background would be beneficial. Please note – applicants without full and relevant experience will NOT be considered.
