Help Desk Support, Accounting Systems, To £18000
Leading developer of financial software has a vacancy for a Help Desk Support person with a good understanding of accountancy principles or experience of product support of an accounts package.
You must have at least 1-2 years solid help desk or support experience with outstanding customer service skills, excellent telephone skills and a calm, collected but confident manner, plus the ability to work under pressure. Preferably you will have an accounting qualification.
You will process support enquiries received from users and resellers via telephone/email/fax and liaise with the Senior Support Technician, QA and Technical Authors to establish requirements for FAQ.
You will also assist the development department with the testing of new or bespoke modules and with the installation and upgrade of software and Licence generation.
