This large, ambitious and successful Game Technology Studio based in Derby with an international HQ in Surrey, requires an experienced games technology programmer to join their R&D-orientated technology team to develop Art Tools, 3D Engine and/or Audio solutions for major, well-backed titles developed on all the current nextgen platforms (PS2, XBox, Cube). Previous experience with C/C++, 3D engines, Audio tools, SDKs, APIs, OpenGL / Direct3D, Maya, 3DSMax products are all relevant including plug-in, visual effects and general game development experience. This is an open minded group where innovation and charting of new territory is in your job description. Also, it is a freeform work environment where you have a lot of personal responsibility to develop new techniques without being a slave to constrictive project milestones.
