We are the UK arm of one of Europe's largest and most successful IT Services Organisations. The UK is one of the fastest growing and most strategically important markets for the Group, delivering a full range of IT Services to many of the UK's leading organisations.
They are now looking for a Test Analyst. You will develop test preparation documentation and execute tests in accordance with the project defined standards, and ensure assigned areas are fully addressed and reports test results to Supervisor (Senior Test Analyst, Test Team Leader, or Test Manager) and/or other colleagues.
The following skills are mandatory:
- Testing experience
- SQL / Toad / Oracle / Unix (experienced)
- Test preparation documentation (test case suites, scripts and procedures) for simple to moderately complex test cases produced to the required standard
- Test cases interpreted and executed to the required standard and timescales
- Effective comparison with pre-determined criteria of documented test failures and successes
- Effective logging and monitoring of incidents arising during testing
- Experience in Financial Industry (Retail Banking in particular)
- Mainframe
The following attributes are also desirable:
- Preference for ISEB/ISTQB Foundation qualified resource
- Test Director
