Job Summary:
Working within a small friendly team in an engineering environment, you will be responsible for providing an efficient Sales Administration Support Service to ensure company and client needs are dealt with effectively
Main Tasks & Duties
- Sales order processing
- Invoicing
- Preparation of quotes and estimates
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- General secretarial and reception duties
- Copy Typing, photocopying, filing etc.
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience within an engineering, construction or similar environment
- Experience within a similar role
- Good computer skills in MS Office
- Accurate typing skills
- Numerical ability
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Good telephone manner
- Willing and co-operative nature
- Responsible and reliable
