A global contact centre based in the heart of Newcastle is currently looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their team for a prestigious 3 month contract. Working with new recruits you will be the first point of call for any IT related issues, identifying them and training them on the required software packages. The emphasis of this role will be training and coaching call agents on Micrososft XP, ME and Windows 98 products along with any ad-hoc related problems. This role will be based at their Newcastle offices and will be for a minimum of 3 months whilst the project is commencing. You will need to be available for the 26th July.
